Shipping policy

Once your order is placed, your Pergola Kit arrives in 3-6 weeks during Regular Season (January to June) and 8-16 weeks during our Peak Season (July to December).   Garden Envi will contact you to confirm your delivery date and time.

Our products are carefully packaged and delivered by Garden Envi to ensure your kit gets to you safely and in perfect condition.   

We’re excited to offer Free Personalized Local Delivery within the local South East Queensland area.  This local area includes the areas of Brisbane, Redland Bay, Logan, Ipswich, and Gold Coast. 

Are you outside the local delivery region?  Garden Envi offers personalized delivery to the Greater South East Queensland area for $300.  This Extended Delivery areas include Moreton Bay, Sunshine Coast, Noosa, Somerset, Lockyer and Scenic Rim.

At the moment we do not provide shipping to the remaining areas of Queensland or interstate at this time.   Transport company pick-up is available for customers outside our local delivery areas.
