The Post Bracket Kits are purchased separately allowing you the flexibility to use your own brackets and fixings to meet your specific requirements.  It is essential that the Pergola is securely anchored to the ground to ensure stability and safety.

Our Post Bracket Kits are purchased separately allowing you the flexibility to use your own brackets and fixings to meet your specific requirements. It is essential that the Pergola is securely anchored to the ground to ensure stability and safety.

Garden Envi will precisely cut the post to the required length, pre-drill the necessary holes, and install the post bracket. This service simplifies your installation process and guarantees a level Pergola top.
*Laser Level measurements must be provided. 

• Most concrete slabs are designed with a slight gradient to facilitate water runoff.
• As a result, the height of each post varies depending on its position on the slab.
• This variation can range from a few millimeters to 3 or 4 centimeters.
• Cutting the posts to the correct length ensures that the top of your pergola remains level.

We also pre-drill the holes and fit the post brackets, ensuring your installation journey is smooth and uncomplicated.

Garden Envi is pleased to offer the Splayed Pergola profile in our DIY Kits. Additional Pergola Profiles will be introduced as we continue to expand our product range.

Our pergolas are constructed using exterior H3 LOSP-treated laminated Pine, an engineered, pre-primed material with minimal to no visible knots and a smooth finish.

Laminated Pine Timber is a natural product that shows a grain pattern, minor blemishes, and lamination lines from the timber processing.  It is essential to paint this timber for external use.  Laminated Pine timber is a sustainable product with a superior primer finish, and the timber manufacturer offers a 25-year durability guarantee.

You may choose to paint it yourself or opt for Garden Envi's premium painting service.

Laminated Pine is an eco-friendly, sustainable, high-quality product sourced from plantation forests. These forests contribute positively to the environment by absorbing greenhouse gases and releasing oxygen.

We offer three finishing options for our products. All DIY products must be painted and should not remain in their primed state.

1. Primed and Ready for Paint - Each piece is hand-sanded, filled, and coated with a premium exterior primer.
2. Fully Painted - Includes a premium exterior primer, hand-sanding, filling, and a minimum of three coats of Dulux Lexicon White premium exterior paint.
3. Fully Painted - Custom Color 
       *Please specify your desired color in the Special Order Instructions.

Garden Envi provides Easy-to-Follow instructions included in your supplied fixings package.  Imagine the satisfaction of setting it up in just a few hours with a friend!  A few tools you may need:  

• Pencil
• Chalk Line
• Measuring Tape
• Hammer
• Level
• Socket Set (preferred) or Crescent Wrench
• Paint Brush/Roller
• Soft Cloth
• Ladder
• Drill with Bugle Head Bit, Concrete Bit, and Auger Bit
        *These can be purchased at your local hardware store.
• Skill Saw 
       *If you selected pre-fit, pre-drilled posts the Auger bit and
       Skill Saw will not be needed!

Our custom-made DIY Pergola Kits and bespoke structures are exclusively available online and we do not currently have a store showroom. We take great pride in the superior quality of our products. We invite you to explore our photo galleries to view the craftsmanship, high-quality finishes, and painting of our structures.

All our DIY Pergolas comply with the 10 square meter constraint and are classified as self-assessable, thus not requiring a Building Application. However, if the installed Pergola exceeds a maximum height of 2.4 meters above natural ground level, a Building Application will be necessary.

Consider the placement of your new structure in relation to the property boundary. For entertainment areas, the Pergola should be positioned at least 1.5 meters from the boundary. Please consult your local council to determine if a Siting (Relaxation) Application is required.

If you would like to order a product that exceeds the 10 sq m size, the max height of 2.4 m, and locate it close to your boundary, please visit our Garden Envi Bespoke Website for a custom-ordered structure that includes all necessary council applications and full installation.   

Garden Envi utilizes the Shopify merchant account, which accepts all major credit cards, including Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, Visa and Mastercard.

Is EzyPay available?
Currently, Garden Envi does not offer layby, EzyPay or finance payment options.

Garden Envi packages all our products into timber packs, securely wrapped with UV protected timber wrap.  We offer personalized local delivery and easy pick-up options to make sure our products get to you safely and in perfect condition.   Should you observe any damage to the unopened timber package, please contact us immediately and supply photographs of the damage.

Yes, items must be unopened, in their original packaging, and returned within 14 days to be eligible for return.  Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Upon receipt and verification of the item's original condition, a refund will be issued.
